John is pretty amazing. Our Samsung freezer Completely stopped working and everything was a mess… I called him and he came that very day and stayed until probably 9 PM. It was a huge confusing job and most other people would have given up I’m sure. This morning both the refrigerator and the freezer are working, but to be honest, even if they weren’t working i would recommend him anyways. He did everything in his power to make it happen for me, and I truly truly appreciate it. He is extremely knowledgeable And reliable and I would call him again for any appliance in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

After some recent power outages, our freezer started to leak water. We try to solve the problem ourselves by clearing out the defrost drain but it was difficult to access. Yevhenii came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. He was very professional as well. I highly recommend this service.
